Electronic Filing within Tarrant County

On January 1, 2018, mandatory e-Filing will begin in the Tarrant County Criminal District Courts. It will be mandatory for attorneys to e-file on all criminal cases in Tarrant County. This is pursuant to Court of Criminal Appeals Order 16-003 which you may read here: Court of Criminal Appeals Order Misc. Docket No. 16-003.
